Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Quiddity Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms and conditions.
Quiddity offers wine clubs at three tiers: 3-bottle (“Love and Belonging”), 6-bottle (“Esteem”), and 12-bottle (“Self Actualization”). There is no fee to join the Quiddity Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
All Quiddity Club Members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
The Quiddity Wine club is a recurring subscription of two wine shipments per year. Upon signing up for the Quiddity wine club, your membership will continue until cancellation.
We ask for a minimum 2 year commitment for wine club memberships. We work hard on our wines and our club and believe this is a "fair deal." We will do our best to honor this and hope you will as well. That said, as with many things, we understand that life sometimes happens so this is not a hard and fast rule. After the 2 year commitment, you are certainly welcome to cancel your membership at any time (although we will be sad to see you go). Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting QuiddityWines@gmail.com. By clicking “Sign Up” on our website’s wine club sign-up forms, you authorize Quiddity Wines to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments twice annually until you cancel your club membership.
The Quiddity Wine club consists of two wine shipments per year, in the spring and fall. Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. We ask that you verify your billing and shipping details upon receiving this notification email. Please add QuiddityWines@gmail.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk mail folder. Changes to your billing information and/or shipping address after your shipment is processed may incur a change fee or additional shipping charges.
Your membership discount is granted upon signup according to the level of membership. Wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases reflect your member discount.
SHIPPING
Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.
Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Quiddity Wines. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the winery will be charged to your account.
CANCELLATION
There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting QuiddityWines@gmail.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.
Referral Program
Our members are our best advocates and we encourage them to refer their friends as members. With each new membership that has a current member’s name as the referrer, the current member will earn a $25 credit towards a Quiddity Wines bottle purchase.
