Syrah Vertical

2019 AUDENTES - Per the Wine Enthusiast, "This new Woodinville area winery is quickly making an impression. The aromas are achingly pure, with notes of plum, blue fruit and herb. The focus on the palate is squarely on the fruit, with no overt oak influence in site. It shows plenty of hang time on the finish."

2020 AUDENTES - Our 2020 vintage is another Syrah which sings the praises of its fruit. The palate is rich, textured, layered, and ripe. Juicy black fruit, boysenberry, and black cherry. Hints of eucalyptus, rosemary and herbs. No pronounced oak influence and plenty of lingering flavors on the finish.

2020 AUDENTES - Block 14 For the 2020 vintage, I pulled the two best barrels of Syrah and bottled them separately as a "reservy" Syrah, aka Block 14. For something else new, I did not filter the wine prior to bottling. The end result is a beautiful example of Washington Syrah. I hope you agree. AUDENTES - Block 14 is a big, dry red wine that is nicely textured with fine tannings. Aromas and palate of boysenberry, allspice, smoked meat, and licorice.
