AUDENTES is 95% Syrah with a 5% Viogner co-ferment sourced from the Elephant Mountain Vineyard (Syrah) and Sugarloaf Vineyard (Viogner) within Washington's Rattlesnake Hills AVA.

Barrel Select Syrah is made from the two best barrels of the vintage and is not filtered prior to bottling resulting in a bit bigger, more tanic, slightly more toothsome wine.

Pairs well with many heartier dishes including BBQ, spareribs, braised beef, grilled meats, lamb, Osso Bucco, sausages, steaks and chops, and hamburgers.  Goes nicely with game and mushroom dishes.
