AMORE is a traditional Rhone style GSM (62% Syrah, 23% Mourvedre, and 15% Grenache) blend sourced from the Elephant Mountain and Sugarloaf Vineyards within Washington's Rattlesnake Hills AVA as well as the Willow Run vineyard in Washington's Columbia Valley.
AMORE pairs well with robust flavors such as fattier cuts of beef and steaks like ribeye. Also goes well with grilled meats and BBQ, mushrooms, roasted chicken, or charcuterie. Also nicely compliments meals that have spices and herbs such as sage, rosemary, and red pepper.

Laser focus and purity are Quiddity’s hallmark, and we certainly find both on this blend of 63% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, and 17% Grenache. It’s aromatically expressive, with spicy notes in the lead. Beyond that are notes of braised green pepper, blackberry, and raspberry. The palate is sumptuous and textured in feel. It shows more greenness than these varieties typically do – too much for some tastes. Still, the appeal of the palate is impossible to ignore.
